Reviews of San Juan Venice Retreat

"My wife & I planned a reunion with and old dear friend and his wife we hadn't seen in over 30 years. The Venice Retreat made it a very special time for all of us. A wonderful backyard to talk about old times and barbeque. 2 very nice bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen to cook meals. We were a little uncomfortable sharing a bathroom with the two but we got used to that quickly. The location was ideal, close to the hub bub of Venice and the great walk street Abbott Kinney. We shared lovely dinners and a special time. Thank you for helping brings us together again. We are going to make it a yearly event, God willing."

"Los Angeles can be a Rough town to come to but my stay at the Venice Retreat made me feel right at home. Anastasia was so accommodating before and during our entire stay. The home is exquisite and comfortable. I have come to LA several times on business and am always disappointed or left wanting or needing something. They thought of everything...wine, coffee, tea, snacks, spices to cook with and

robes! Beautiful place, fantastic experience."

"Location was the best! We were here with our 6 month old and my mom and dad came to visit for 3 nights which was so great because it gave us a chance to take advantage of Abbott Kinney. There is a street fair on the Friday of the month. It is packed with people and food trucks up and down the street. All the stores are open late and served wine and snacks. It was fantastic. We had a great time barbequing in the backyard with my family. The townhouse is decorated beautifully with great art and unique furniture. My husband took a shower in the outdoor shower with our baby every day. The pictures do not do it justice. We cooked a lot and were surprised there was all the cooking condiments, spices etc. They thought of everything. We had to call the management once to figure out the TV and they called us back in less than 20 minutes. They were really nice. My parents had a great time too which was really important to us. They were a bit apprehensive about Venice but settled in nicely."
